What we collect

If you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, the general type of matter, and your message. We do not ask for — and encourage you not to send — detailed or sensitive information about your case through the form.

This website does not use advertising trackers. Standard technical information (such as pages visited) may be processed by our hosting provider to deliver the site.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry. It is sent to our office email and is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except service providers who deliver the email (who process it only for that purpose) or where the law requires disclosure.

Solicitor-client relationship

Contacting Esco Law through this website does not create a solicitor-client relationship. A relationship is formed only after we confirm we can act for you, including checking for conflicts of interest. Communications made before then are handled confidentially but are not legal advice.

Retention and safeguards

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and to meet our professional obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it against loss and unauthorized access.

Your rights and questions

Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you and to request corrections. For any privacy question or request, contact us at 519-977-5407 or by mail at 60 Park St. West, Windsor, ON N9A 7A8.
